Luxo ANTARES
Luxo ANTARES is a magnifying lamp concept, which replaces the conventional lens with digital image processing and OLED, used as both display and source of light.
OLED can be printed as a flexible and transparent film, either displaying animated picture or plain light, both present on the Antares.
The 14'' OLED display have an integrated touch screen, which gives the user the possibilty of enhancing the picture further, either by zooming in, out or capturing images.
Via an USB output the images can be exported and saved on an external hard drive .
The two OLED light sources can be dimmed individually, leaving the user to define the direction of the light. Left, right or both sides fully lit. This can drastically improve the vision and feeling of depth when working with small components, i.e circuit boards.
